Spiritual & Self Help Groups

Groups in this category focus primarily upon religious issues or improving one’s own life through a better understanding of issues facing them or soon to be facing them.  These groups will typically choose a topic to discuss, read a book or books on the topic, and then share what they have learned by reading as well as sharing their own experiences in the areas being discussed.  The format, the approach, and the meeting times will be determined by each group.
